Binge eating recovery

Restrictive dieting was the only way I believed I could lose weight. Extreme calorie reduction to hopefully watch the number on the scale drop and make me skinny. After 2-4 weeks I would give in to all the restrictions and cravings and consume thousands of calories in a very short period of time. Food controlled my life. I was ashamed and embarrassed of my addiction to food. Learning and understanding the emotional connection I had to food helped me overcome this addiction. Binge eating is not about the food or the number on the scale. It is an emotional attachment formed through life events. With my experience and knowledge I help coach women to understand & overcome their emotional attachment to food and lose the weight for good.

Through research, education and experience I learned the health benefits it adds to a long term healthy lifestyle. A major benefit of intermittent Fasting is Autophagy. Intermittent fasting allows the body time and energy to break down and recycle and renew at a cellular level. This can reduce inflammation, regulate hormones, increase energy, and increase overall health and immunity. This is a lifestyle that could help ypu too.
